Please select the appropriate category below to register for a course and to apply for a tuition waiver if you are eligible to do so. The AMBS Business Office will invoice you for any fees for which you are responsible.

If you are not an admitted student at AMBS, complete the form below to register for your course.

Employees of Bethany Christian Schools and their spouses
  • AMBS grants full-time employees of Bethany Christian Schools, Goshen, Indiana, and their spouses, a tuition discount of 50 percent for up to six credit hours — whether or not they’ve taken courses at AMBS in the past. Part-time Bethany employees and their spouses are eligible for a pro-rated portion of this discount. The Bethany employee is responsible to pay the Student Services Fee and any other fees above tuition.
  • This discount does not apply to courses in AMBS’s Doctor of Ministry program or to courses taken for audit or independent study.
  • After taking six credits, if the employee or spouse wants to continue studying, they would be welcome to apply for admission to AMBS and to apply for regular need-based financial aid and scholarships.

To register for your course(s), complete the online Guest Student Registration. In the “Select student type” field, select “Bethany Christian Schools employee or spouse.”

Please print and complete this Tuition Waiver Application (PDF) and ask your Human Resources Director to sign it. Email the signed copy to the AMBS Financial Aid Office (financialaid@ambs.edu).

Employees of Goshen College and their spouses
  • Full-time Goshen (Indiana) College employees and their spouses can take up to six hours of coursework (credit or audit) per academic year at AMBS with a 100-percent tuition discount. Part-time Goshen College employees (50–99 percent) and their spouses can receive a tuition discount for the same percentage that they are employed by GC. Employees working less than 50 percent are not eligible.
  • This benefit begins with the second year of employment. The GC employee is responsible to pay the Student Services Fee and any other fees above tuition. Note: Auditing a class is dependent on the professor’s permission.
  • This discount does not apply to AMBS’s Doctor of Ministry in Leadership program or to courses taken for independent study.
