Disarmed: The Radical Life and Legacy of Michael “MJ” Sharp (Herald Press, 2022), Marshall V. King’s compelling new biography of Mennonite peacemaker MJ Sharp, was the focus of an author event hosted by the AMBS Library and Bookstore on Feb. 22, 2022, during the Pastors & Leaders | Deep Faith 2022 conference. 

Conference participants and members of the campus community joined in enjoying snacks and listening to King talk about Sharp’s story and its relevance to contemporary Anabaptists. The audience had the opportunity to purchase copies of Disarmed from the AMBS Bookstore and have King sign them. 

Disarmed can be purchased through the AMBS Bookstore, Herald Press and other outlets.
