2025-26 important dates

Winter 2026:

  • Nov. 14, 2025 – Early application deadline (save $100!)
  • Dec. 12 – Final application deadline
  • Dec. 30 – Tuition deposit and Weekend Learning Event fees due (WLE fees do not apply to participants outside North America)
  • Jan. 23, 2026 – Final tuition due
  • Jan. 23 – Unit reflection papers due
  • Jan. 23-25 – Weekend Learning Event (does not apply to participants outside North America)
  • Feb. 25 – Online classes begin
  • July 21 – Online classes end

Fall 2026:

  • July 17 – Early application deadline (save $100!)

  • Aug. 21 – Tuition deposit and Weekend Learning Event fees due (WLE fees do not apply to participants outside North America)
  • Sept. 11 – Final tuition due
  • Sept. 11 – Unit reflection papers due

  • Sept. 15 – Online classes begin
  • Feb. 16, 2027 – Online classes end

2025-26 Journey costs

Online classes cost $600 USD each before the early registration deadline and $700 USD after the early registration deadline.

  • A $300 USD non-refundable tuition deposit is due upon acceptance.
  • The remaining tuition payment is due prior to the start of the session (see dates above). 
  • Weekend Learning Event fees are an additional cost (for North American participants, see below).  

2025-26 Journey Weekend Learning Event fees (North American participants)

Weekend Learning Event fees cover both the student and pastoral mentor, are all inclusive, and are non-refundable. 

  • Individual room: $645 USD per mentee/mentor pair
  • Shared room, 2 per room: $460 USD per mentee/mentor pair 
  • Shared room, 3 per room: $365 USD per mentee/mentor pair (not available for January WLE)
  • Shared room, 4 per room: $335 USD per mentee/mentor pair (not available for January WLE)

Refund policy

  • No refunds will be granted after the first week of the online class.
  • Weekend Learning Event fees are due in advance of each gathering (see dates above) and are non-refundable.
