About Morgan
Morgan Koehler joined AMBS as part-time Digital Marketing Manager in July 2023 and was promoted to the Director of Marketing and Communications in January 2026. She provides strategic leadership for AMBS’s marketing, communications and digital engagement efforts. She oversees institutional messaging, brand stewardship and communications strategy across admissions and development efforts, educational programs and external partnerships, while serving as a member of the Administrative Cabinet.
As a nonprofit marketing and fundraising professional for more than 13 years, Morgan has served in industries such as senior care, crisis center mission, healthcare and education. She was a featured speaker at the Leading Age of Illinois Assisted Living Training Conference in Springfield, Illinois, and the Leading Age Annual Convention in Chicago, IL.
A talented vocalist, she has toured Europe as a student and alumna with Bradley University choirs. She has also performed as a soloist and member of several choirs in Central Illinois. In 2025, Morgan served as a member of the worship band at the Mennonite Church USA convention in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Morgan attends Keller Park Church in South Bend, IN, a congregation of Central District Conference of Mennonite Church USA.
