In this thematic and genre study of the Psalms, various types of poetry will be linked with different facets of human experience, both of God and of the world. In this way, students will draw a picture of an integral spiritual maturity from the Psalms. This course is particularly suited for those seeking spiritual growth guided by biblical texts and the development of concepts for nurturing spiritual formation in congregations.
