Payment of tuition and fees is due at the beginning of each term. Payment may be made by check, Visa or MasterCard. Students who are taking four or more credit hours a semester may apply to pay tuition and fees in installments (audit hours do not qualify). Late payments are subject to a late fee.

Full time study consists of nine or more credit hours per semester. Students who take a full-time load take from 9 to 14 hours per semester, with 12 hours being a typical load.

All admitted students may apply for AMBS financial aid.

People aged 65 and older will receive a 20 percent discount on tuition fees for credit.

Tuition refunds

When a change in registration has been approved by the registrar and/or the student’s adviser, refunds for tuition are given as follows:

During the first and second week of a semester or the first three days of a shorter course (two to four weeks)

During the third and fourth week of a semester or the fourth day of a shorter course

50%

After the fourth week of a semester or after the fourth day of a shorter term

0%
