Registration is limited to the first 200 paid registrants.

Before January 5

  • Individual: $115
  • Couple: $165
  • Full-time AMBS Student: $10
  • Part-time (one or two days only): $70
  • Full-time AMBS Student: $10
  • Part-time AMBS Student: $65
    • College student: $25

After January 5

  • Individual: $135
  • Couple: $185
  • Part-time (one or two days only): $85 after January 5
  • Full-time AMBS Student: $10
  • Part-time AMBS Student: $65
  • College student: $25

Meals costs

  • Pizza supper (Monday): $5.00
  • Banquet (Wednesday): $14.00
  • Lunches (Monday through Thursday):
    Adults and children over 6: $5.00
    Children 3-6: $2.50; Children 0-2: Free

Transportation

Housing

  • AMBS campus lodging: $29 per person per night (includes continental breakfast)
  • Community homes: $29 per person per night

Childcare

Childcare for toddlers and preschool children (ages 1-5) is offered 8:15-noon and 1:30-4:30. No evening childcare will be provided. Sign up for childcare is available on the Pastors Week Registration Form and must be made by December 1. The cost is $10.00 per child per day. Housing accommodations available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Save money!

  • First-time attender’s discount: If this is your first time at AMBS Pastors Week (not including times you attended as a full-time AMBS student), you are eligible for a 25% registration discount if you register before January 5. (Not applicable with other discounts.)
  • Shoulder-tapping discount: Bring a pastor-friend who has never attended AMBS Pastors Week and receive a 25%registration discount, if you register before January 5. (Not applicable with other discounts.)
  • Scholarship: A portion of the registration fee may be waived by AMBS for those who need financial assistance. Include with your registration form a paragraph explaining your need. Meals, housing and transportation are the responsibility of the registrant. Deadline: January 5.
  • Grant: MMA, Goshen, Ind., provides grants to qualified Anabaptist-related congregations in the U.S. for the pastor’s continuing education. Contact your congregation’s MMA advocate.

Refunds

Before January 5, cancellations will be refunded, less $25. After January 5, cancellations will be granted credit, less $25, toward a future Pastors Week.
