While many of us can identify effective pastors, it can be difficult to define the concrete characteristics of good leaders. What exactly do they do? How does the church support them? Researchers from AMBS and Eastern Mennonite Seminary interview exemplary church leaders to find out. Pastoral Habits project findings will be shared through workshops presented across Canada and the United States.
