Clarifying the Call
The first years of pastoral ministry can present unique and significant challenges. At Clarifying the Call, recent seminary graduates come together for a weekend of conversation, support and learning. Workshops cover such pertinent topics as pastoral self-care and responding to church politics. 
Peers and seminary faculty listen to and validate the questions and experiences of early ministry.
To participate
Seminary graduates 2-5 years into their first pastoral assignment are eligible to participate. The last Clarifying the Call gathering associated with the Engaging Pastors Project took place March 26-29, 2009. Contact the Church Leadership Center if you are interested in participating in possible future events similar to Clarifying the Call.
