- Cooperative
Digital Resources Initiative
- A repository of digital resources contributed by libraries of
the American Theological Library Association. Phase One of the Initiative has
focused on visual materials, including digital images of woodcuts, photographs, slides,
papyri, coins, maps, and manuscripts. Phase Two and Phase Three will add text and sound
files. The purpose of this database is to provide resources for theological
teaching.

- American Religion Data
Archive
- An online data archive that stores and distributes data sets
from the leading studies on American/Canadian religion. An explanatory article
appeared in the ATLA Newsletter (v. 47, no. 2, 2000, p. 20-23). Church and
church membership data can be mapped online for the nation or individual states and
summary membership reports for all participating denominations can be compiled by
counties, states, metropolitan areas and the nation.

- Information and reflection on selected projects funded by the
Lilly Endowment, Inc.
- Faith Communities Today
- Research findings from surveys conducted with congregations in
the United States of various faith traditions.
- The
Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life
- The Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life,
launched in 2001, seeks to promote a deeper understanding of issues at the
intersection of religion and public affairs. Site
includes resources and comparative data on religion and law, domestic
policy, world affairs and politics (including the 2008 U.S. Presidential
campaign). Religious demographic profiles include statistics for a growing
number of countries around the world.
